"I'm told it's David Nolan," he says, but the truth is that it fits like a glove that manages to do the trick, but isn't perfect. There's something out there that he's missing and he's going to find it, but until he does, he has to accept what he's been given. "I'm trying to make a map of the island. I'm trying to see if I recognize some places more than others."

His map is dotted with stars to indicate that he does -- or maybe recognize is the wrong term -- but he feels like he belongs some places more than others.
