"She's no longer on the island," Ishiah explains with a slight shake of his head. "But I believe the psychiatrist that she was turning to still is, although I don't know enough to tell you who that might be." He tries to call back further into his memory, but the fact of the matter is that there are a lot of people on the island, and Ishiah never wants to pry too far into their private affairs.
