It was a rare day when Alcuin did not spend some time at the temple, even more so since Phedre's disappearance. When he approached today, he found that the garden was not empty. And it took him a moment, but even seeing only his back, he recognized Ishiah. He was trained to notice such things.

He considered for a moment going and leaving him in peace, but the man's stance seemed so weary. It was a familiar thing.
