Ishiah takes a slightly slower breath after the question. Even if he's opened up to more people on the island about his past than he ever did with humans in such a short timeframe at home, it doesn't mean that he's without reservations. The island's forced Ishiah to look more closely at himself than ever before, now that his very biological make-up has taken the last step towards and to humanity. He feels himself changing by the day, in ways that still shouldn't have been possible, but fear with regards to self has yet to settle in.
