Good lord, she was going to have to start charging the guy by the hour if she was going to keep playing Dr. Phil for him. But she motioned him in anyway, going straight back to her work room. She might as well work while she talked, gave her something to do with her hands.

"Close friends, not really. But I've been to weddings galore, they're great ways to get the dirt on people." She gave him an amused wink and sly grin. "Drunk relatives are a boon in my business, weddings put them all in one place."

She paused, picking up one of her steeping alcohols, an herbal mix. "I take it one of your friends here is getting hitched?"
